As we kick off 2025, I'd like to thank our members, employees, and Board of Directors for trusting and supporting Connect Credit Union since our inception in 1962. We've come a long way in 63 years and our commitment to our members and local communities has never wavered.

In 2024, we updated our cards program to allow for future products such as digital issuance and implemented an improved rewards program for our credit card. We upgraded our website chat, video and co-browse product with AI. We expanded our commitment to our Vision and Values with additional training with our employees. We continued to enhance the measures we take to combat fraud, including text authentication for mobile banking, and continually find ways to educate our members about the benefits & security of our mobile offerings.

Looking forward to 2025, we're excited to work on projects to improve our communication during the loan and new account applications process. We want to ensure all members are aware of our diverse products, including loans and deposit products with attractive rates.
